Kisat Diabetes Organization ("KDO," "we," "us," "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit incorporated in Illinois (EIN 82-1449539). We take your privacy seriously and only collect information necessary to deliver our programs and communicate with our community.

What we collect

• Information you give us directly — when you sign up for our newsletter, register for an event, donate, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and (if relevant) phone number, mailing address, or screening-related health information.
• Information collected automatically — when you visit our website, we collect aggregate analytics data (pages visited, device type, geographic region) via Google Analytics 4. IP addresses are anonymized.
• Donation data — donations are processed by Givebutter; we never see your full payment card details.

How we use information

• To deliver our screenings, workshops, and events
• To send newsletters and program updates (only if you opted in)
• To process and receipt donations
• To improve our website and program reach

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We never share screening results or health information with third parties without your explicit written consent.
• We never share donor information with other organizations.

Your rights

You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@kisatdiabetes.org. We respond within 30 days.
