If your community gathers in one place — a mosque, church, temple, school, community center, or clinic — we'll bring everything you need to put on a free screening event for your members.
How a partnership works

Send us a note
Use the form on the right to tell us about your community — how many people, what languages, what dates work, what space you have.

We schedule a planning call
30 minutes by phone or video to confirm logistics, customize materials, and pick a date.

We co-promote
We provide flyers, social graphics, and an email template in English and 4 other languages. You distribute through your channels.

We bring the screening
On the day, our clinicians, nutritionists, and equipment arrive 30 minutes early. Setup takes 30 minutes. Total event is typically 2–3 hours.

Follow-up support
Every attendee leaves with a printed prevention plan and clear next steps. We follow up with you on attendance and any feedback.
